Service Fees

NOTARIZATIONS:  $10 per signature, per document

  • Witnessing/Attesting a signature
  • Taking acknowledgement/verification upon oath/affirmationSign here photo
  • Administering an oath/affirmation
  • Provide certified copies of original documents

LOAN/MORTGAGE SIGNINGS:

  • $100  – Mortgage Loan Signing
  • $15  – Printing Original Loan Documents & 1 Copy
  • $15 –  Scanning, faxing and/or emailing documents

IN- OFFICE SIGNING:
For other than loan/mortgage documents:

  • $10 – Per Page, Per Signature

TRAVEL FEES:

  •  $40 – Traveling less than 10 miles – Round Trip
  •  $1 – Per Mile Over 10 Miles – Round Trip
  •  Parking & Toll Fees (if any) are collected at time of service

ADDITIONAL FEES FOR SPECIAL REQUEST APPOINTMENTS:

  • $15  – For Appointments With Less Than 2 Hour’s Notice
  • $10  – For Appointments Before 9 a.m. or After 5 p.m. Weekdays
  • $10 –  For Any Weekend Appointments
  • $20 – For Holiday Appointments

CASH OR DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS ONLY
Credit Cards may be subject to $5 extra fee to cover processing.

Please Note:
I
cannot certify copies of vital records (i.e., birth, marriage or death certificates). Please be advised that only copies of documents  (other than vital records) made at the office can be certified. Copies made elsewhere and brought to the appointment cannot be certified.
