Service Fees

NOTARIZATIONS:  $10 per signature, per document

  • Witnessing/Attesting a signature
  • Taking acknowledgement/verification upon oath/affirmationSign here photo
  • Administering an oath/affirmation
  • Provide certified copies of original documents

LOAN/MORTGAGE SIGNINGS:

  • $90  – Mortgage Loan Signing
  • $15  – Printing Original Loan Documents & 1 Copy
  • $15 –  Scanning, faxing and/or emailing documents 

IN- OFFICE SIGNING:

  • $10 – Signing at our Everett office

TRAVEL FEES:

  •  $30 – Travel less than 10 miles – Round Trip
  •  $1   – per mile over 10 miles – Round Trip
  •  Parking & toll fees (if any) will be collected at time of service

ADDITIONAL FEES FOR SPECIAL REQUEST APPOINTMENTS:

  • $15  – For Less Than 4 Hour’s Notice (RUSH)
  • $10  – For Appointments After 6 p.m.
  • $20 – For Holiday appointments

Please Note:
I
cannot certify copies of vital records (i.e., birth, marriage or death certificates). I can obtain copies of vital records from Washington State for a fee of $115. Please be advised that I only certify copies that are made by me at the time of certification of the original document(s).
